FDA Class VI Adhesives - UV Curable - Dual Cure

  FDA-0622

Description: Viscosity of this aliphatic urethane UV curable liquid is 100 – 200 @ 25o C. After curing the Shore D value is about 45. FDA-0622 is particularly well suited for bonding flexible plastic films and tubing. Other suggested uses include the structural bonding of plastic parts, laminating plastic films, potting and sealing applications.

  FDA-5364

Description: FDA-5364 is a 100% solids, general purpose UV/Visible light curable adhesive that forms resilient, high strength bonds between materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, stainless steel and many plastics. The Shore D of cured material is 75-85. Bonds are optically clear.

  FDA-7362

Description: This product after UV curing is extremely flexible with high elongation. This product can bond metals, plastics, ceramic and glass. The Shore A value is ca 55. Bonds are resistant to yellowing. Use temperature is to 150o C

  FDA-8320-T

Description: Dual curing UV/thermal material for bonding plastics, glass and metal surfaces. The Shore D is 80 of this slightly thixotropic material. Low moisture pick-up.

  FDA-9101

Description: FDA-9101 is a medium viscosity UV curable plastic adhesive that bonds to polycarbonate, PVC, polyester and other plastics. Can withstand induced stresses during flexing and by impact. Shore D is 50. Initial viscosity is ca 4000 cps @ 25o C.

  FDA-9212

Description: Aliphatic Urethane Acrylate / Monomer Blend that cures at 365 nm in seconds using a low intensity light source. The cured system is very hard with a Shore D value of 85-90. Use temperature is up to 150o C. It bonds to polycarbonate, PVC, polyester and other plastics.
