Two-part epoxides

 
    TP-L6850V

Description: Unpigmented two-part epoxide casting systems, cures at room temperature or slightly elevated temperatures, operates up to 150 Centigrade, high thermal conductivity, Shore D 91, useful for casting or encapsulation, available in cartridges, several colors available

 
   TP-F9500T

Description: Low viscosity epoxide casting system with high thermal conductivity, casting and encapsulation applications, compressive strength >23,000 psi, Shore D 91, two-part epoxide that cures at room temperature, gel time 15 minutes, available in 400 ml cartridges
      

   PD-4200

Description: Structural adhesive, room temperature cure two-part epoxy –amine formulation, easy mix ratio of 1:2, superior tensile peel and adhesion, superior to major corporations structural adhesive, open time of 20 and 60 minutes available
      
  JB-1110

Description: Two-part mercaptan-epoxy formulation, flexible mixing ratio that can be modified +/- 20% without affecting properties, resists Skydrol in aerospace applications, open time can be varied from 5 to 75 minutes, Sandable in 30 to 150 minutes, can be filled with a variety of conductive and non-conductive fillers, useful temperature range from –55 to 125o C

  TP-D9900 A & B

Description: Low viscosity two-part epoxide systems with elongations ca. 300%. Can cure at room temperature or at elevated temperatures


  


UV-Curable adhesives  

 
    UVE-0109D

Description: Medium viscosity, easily dispensable UV curing epoxide.  Low modulus and high elongation product indicates that  materials of different CTE's can be bonded together. Superior adhesion to a variety of metals and plastics means that materials such as aluminum, glass, pvc, abs, nylon, polyacrylates can be bonded effectively. Product can be realigned after UV treatment but before complete adhesion is obtained. Faster  UV curing version available. Useful for bonding glass to polycarbonate in outdoor environment. Thermally curable version also available


   UVE-HJ125

Description: Temporary adhesive.100% solids epoxide-based formulation used to adhere Barex to itself. Cures though plastic that blocks 80% of light. Can be pried apart at a later time to reveal and recover inner coating


    UVA-1023

Description: Low viscosity  UV curing acrylate useful for bonding low energy surfaces. Has proven effective in bonding Teflon itself and to steel


   UVA-X80B

Description: Low viscosity  UV curing acrylate useful for plastics, cures rapidly with visible light curing component. Useful for bonding ABS, polyacrylates, nylon. Utilized commercially to bond polyacrylate to nylon curing through the top substrate


  UVE-0182B

Description: Low viscosity  UV curing epoxide useful for plastics and glass, cures rapidly. Useful for bonding ABS, polyacrylates, nylon. Rigid but tough system with high cross link density results in minimal moisture pickup.
