Jodan Technology has developed unique technology in UV curable epoxide resins for adhesives and coatings applications
Curable in seconds, these single component, room temperature stable products:
Have high elongation after curing of up to 150%
Contain no solvents or fugitive components in the formulations
Exhibit minimal shrinkage upon curing and demonstrate superior flexibility toughness and adhesion
Are worker and environmentally friendly
Can be screen coated or sprayed
Generally exhibit low moduli and therefore impart little stress
Over the years we have expanded our product line to include other types of chemistries. These systems have also demonstrated superior properties as adhesives and coating. Additionally, hard scratch, solvent resistance and scuff resistant with high Shore D values are available.
Other Information
Additionally, many products can be prepared in single component thermally curable versions that have similar properties to the UV polymerizable formulations. Several UV curable products are self-extinguishing and will not support combustion. Two-part epoxides that cure at room or elevated temperatures with high elongation and toughness are now available
Jodan Technology has developed a series of single component electrically conductive products including a dual-curing via fill (via plug) formulation, UV curing screen coatable epoxide-based conductive traces, adhesives and conductive silicone-based moisture curing materials
Additional formulated products include: 2-part epoxides, UV curable acrylates and hybrid systems and dual curing (UV/thermal or thermal/UV)
