• Curable in seconds, these single component, room temperature stable products:
  • Have high elongation after curing of up to 150%
  • Contain no solvents or fugitive components in the formulations
  • Exhibit minimal shrinkage upon curing and demonstrate superior flexibility toughness and adhesion
  • Are worker and environmentally friendly
  • Can be screen coated or sprayed
  • Generally exhibit low moduli and therefore impart little stress.

Other Information

• Additionally, many products can be prepared in thermally curable versions that have similar properties to the UV polymerizable formulations. Several UV curable products are self-extinguishing and will not support combustion.
• Additional formulated products include: 2-part epoxides, UV curable acrylates and hybrid systems, moisture cure silyl ethers, conductive silver filled systems, and dual curing (thermal/UV or UV/thermal) formulations.
